Reviews of Panorama Hotel St Helens

Todd
Its location just close to St Helens Waterfront was brilliant. The restaurant was great and reasonably priced, for local specials at restaurant.
-
John
The vast timber deck with expansive views, the walk-in wine cellar, and the added bathrobes were lovely. The surrounding area with beaches and walking trails was great. Cons: Oh, just the lack of a decent table for room service meals and the annoyingly loud bathroom fan.

William
We had a huge room with the sea view. It was in a marvellous location a short walk to Percy Steel Reserve Park.

It had an absolutely perfect location really close to the `` activities '', St Helens and the waterfront/harbour and one restaurant. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in St. Helens.

In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with nice views as well as the balcony and that was great. An attached restaurant was excellent for dinner.

Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants as well as the beautiful coastline along the Bay of Fires. Tried some takeout specials at Majors Munchies, luckily it was at a short distance from the venue. I stayed in a fairly quiet and huge room with central heating, an individual safe and pay TV.

The nicest feature was the expansive timber deck with beautiful views of the wetlands and bay - perfect for bird-watching. The hotel's location is convenient and there are plenty of activities for nature lovers like me.
As if the lack of air-conditioning and dated furniture weren't enough, the musty smell in the rooms and occasional smell of sewage really added to the charm of my stay.

I appreciated super-friendly and accommodating employees!
Location: the hotel was near to a working man's pub rather than a resort by the sea and Tasmania where word of mouth carries a lot of weight in terms of accommodation and restaurant bookings and the bakery around the corner. I tried quick meals at Majors Munchies, within 700 feet of the property. It was a really nice stay by one night, would recomand this place.

Gorgeous hotel, fairly clean, with obliging staff at reception desk. Exceptionally comfortable bed, reasonably spacious bathroom and central heating, an individual safe, and pay TV in the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed perfectly clean rooms.
Excellent little and modern hotel with immensely pleasant staff at the reception desk, everything was very good. The location was favourable, a short walk to St Helens Waterfront. We would recommend this property, spent here quiet 3 nights.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just off the main street on the road to Binnalong Bay. The onsite restaurant offers various tasty meals throughout the day. It is also conveniently located within a short walk to local cafes, supermarkets, and town attractions. The hotel is relatively quiet and the staff are friendly.
Felt like they were family, no reason to complain.
